A Comprehensive Contract is a full maintenance contract of four to six visits a year with free emergency cover and breakdown repairs. We also replace all broken working parts including ropes and large components.
A Premium Contract is a full maintenance contract of four visits a year with free emergency cover and free labour on breakdown repairs.
A Standard Contract is a full maintenance contract of two to four visits a year with emergency cover.
Prior to performing the first maintenance visit, we will undertake a full survey of the equipment including a risk assessment to identify any necessary repairs. We will advise of any improvements to keep your equipment running smoothly and hassle free and to improve efficiency and cost savings.
There are specific legal requirements for having a lift or escalator in your premises. We will advise you on these and we can perform all SAFED supplementary tests and certification as required under LOLER regulations.
